FIRST LOOK AT MY ILLUSTRATED FAITH DEVOTIONAL KIT
Hey, y'all! I am back with a super exciting post! Do you remember my "Five Awesome Gift Ideas for Christian Women" post? I talked about bible journals and bible journaling kits, and I said there would be a post about my own kit. Well, this is THAT post! I have been waiting to do this post for forever, so let's get going!
This is what the box looks like when you first open it up. Everything is nice and neat, and while you can dispose of the box, it serves as a great storage space for the items. Let's look at those items!
This video shows you a little bit of a closer look at the overview of the items included in the kit.
This item is the devotional. Its purpose is to serve as a daily format to help with getting used to bible journaling; therefore, it is SUPER important for us newbies!!
These are the lovely stickers included in the kit. There are so many! This makes me happy because stickers are my favorite thing about journaling!
This is probably one of the coolest and most different aspects about the devotional kit. These are acrylic paints, and the cards are used to spread the paint. How artsy! You can used it in your journaling bible to create beautiful backgrounds! I love this feature ;)
This is also a feature I'm in love with. These cards have verses on the back that have to do with the picture they display, and those verses are there to suggest to you where to put the card. How clever! Now, of course, you don't have to use the verse, but it's great to have.
These are the two washi tape dispensers. I think I LOVE washi tape just as much as I LOVE stickers, so you can imagine that this is one of my favorite items in the box.
This pen is AWESOME! DaySpring sells these individually, so if you can't afford to buy a whole devotional kit, buy one of these pens! They are seriously life-changing.
That's it! I hope you guys enjoyed this post! I am so unbelievably excited to start bible journaling! I will definitely have a post about my journaling bible as soon as I get it. For now, I will talk to y'all again tomorrow!
Have a wonderful day!
